3. Restaurants and Your Information
Grubble provides technology that allows customers to order directly from participating restaurants.
When you place an order, information necessary to fulfil that order is provided to the restaurant you selected. This may include your name, contact information, order details, delivery address and order instructions.
The restaurant may use this information to prepare your order, contact you regarding the order, arrange pickup or delivery, resolve problems, process refunds and maintain records it is legally required to retain.
Participating restaurants are independent businesses and may have their own privacy practices and legal obligations.
Grubble does not control a restaurant's independent use of information after it has legitimately received that information in connection with your order.
4. Delivery
Some restaurants may provide their own delivery services or use drivers or delivery providers engaged by the restaurant.
Where delivery is provided by the restaurant or its delivery personnel, information necessary to complete the delivery may be made available to them, such as your delivery address, name, telephone number, order details and delivery instructions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, restaurant delivery personnel are not employees or agents of Grubble.

We do not use information collected through the Grubble app to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any permission required by applicable law or platform rules.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or where retention is required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes.
Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
For example, some transaction records may need to be retained after an account is deleted because of tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention or other legal requirements.
When information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise dispose of it appropriately.

You may request deletion of your Grubble account and associated personal information.
Account deletion can be initiated through the account settings within the Grubble app.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account except for information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Grubble is not intended for use by young children without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Grubble contrary to applicable requirements, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
